About Us

Our Focus is Legacy Businesses

A business built over decades represents something worth preserving. The relationships with employees and their families, the trust earned from customers, the partnerships with suppliers—these don’t need to end when the founder retires.

Being a good steward of someone’s legacy means honoring what they built. It means continuing to care for the people who made the business successful, serving customers with the same integrity, and treating suppliers with professionalism. This isn’t complicated or naive—it’s simply the right way to do business.

Through business acquisition or technology consulting, we work with well-run businesses to preserve what’s working while strengthening them for the future. At the appropriate time and for the appropriate reasons, we’ll introduce new processes and technologies to support them. These changes aren’t about replacing what makes you successful—they’re about enhancing them so your business can continue to serve customers, support employees, and remain competitive to face the future.

Legacies should continue. That’s why we exist.

About Andrew Park

Professional

I’ve spent more than 25 years implementing technology solutions in business operations across manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, government, banking, and other industries. I’ve helped my customers and employers with enterprise system implementation, project management, process establishment/improvement, solution design, and strategic planning.

I’ve learned that successful technology adoption isn’t about the latest tools—it’s about understanding how businesses operate and introducing changes at the right time for the right reasons.
